You can move, lift and lower loads of up to 1,600 kg effortlessly at the touch of a button. This versatile all-rounder offers impressive performance in warehouses, stores and when loading and unloading HGVs. Its compact design, short headlength and small turning radius ensure high manoeuvrability and provide the perfect conditions for use in confined spaces and in weight-sensitive areas. Due to its low weight, the electric pallet truck is ideal for transporting on an HGV, but also shows its strengths in elevators or on tail lifts.

You control all travel and lift functions using the ergonomic multifunction tiller handle, which can be operated with either hand. Control indicators such as the battery charge level, operating hour counter, slow travel symbol and the integrated diagnostics system are clearly arranged on the LCD display. This keeps you fully informed about the truck status at all times. PIN code access provides reliable protection against unauthorised use.

The powerful and maintenance-free 48-V lithium-ion battery is characterised by its impressive performance, rapid charging times and long service life. The external charger included in the scope of delivery enables fast intermediate charging without memory effect. The optional replacement battery further increases flexibility. Changing the battery is an uncomplicated process that can be completed in a matter of seconds without the need for additional tools or detachment of cables. You can recharge the battery simply and easily at any 230-V socket. The efficient charging operations without expensive charging infrastructure ensure additional cost efficiency.

Safety is a top priority with the Ameise PTE 1.6 electric pallet truck: the long, low-set tiller ensures a safe distance between the operator and the truck at all times. The pallet truck brakes automatically when the tiller is released. The collision safety switch integrated in the tiller head provides effective collision protection. The slow travel mode allows you to manoeuvre the electric pallet truck particularly slowly and safely in confined spaces with the tiller in vertical position. Safe load transports are ensured by the curveCONTROL function, which automatically reduces the travel speed when cornering. The lateral support rollers ensure maximum stability, even in dry outdoor areas.

The electric pallet truck impresses with its robust and durable Ameise quality. The sturdy steel cover protects the drive unit while also offering protection against foot injuries. The reinforced fork frame retains its shape even under the heaviest loads. The electromagnetic brake with energy recovery increases the performance and service life of the brake system and automatically charges the battery. Thanks to the intelligent automatic shut-off, the truck switches off after 30 minutes without use, protecting the battery.

Rounded fork tips and entry rollers make insertion and retraction from the pallet particularly easy. Polyurethane tandem rollers ensure comfortable, low-noise travel as well as smooth running over thresholds and uneven floors. Lifting Euro pallets from the side is particularly straightforward thanks to the permanent fork marking at 800 mm.
